Planned module

Segments that look ahead.

Instead of “bought more than 60 days ago”, you get “about to run out”, “drifting away” and “only buys on sale”. Oftenflow keeps these groups up to date every night and writes them back to the tools you already use.

Planned: 30% off for the first 100 stores. One email when your invite is ready, no newsletter.

  • Works with the email tool you have
  • Never priced per contact
  • You approve every message
Design · not built yet: Running out this week: 63 customers whose expected reorder date falls in the next 7 days, excluding the 11 on a subscription.

Most segments describe the past. You need to act on what comes next.

Segments built on fixed day counts that fit nobody.

Lists that are out of date the moment you export them.

The same segment rebuilt in three different tools.

Oftenflow keeps them in the loop

Inside the app

What you’ll see, step by step

  1. Step 1 / 3

    Learn from orders

Rhythm, discount history, order source and products per customer, recalculated every night.

  2. Step 2 / 3

    Form the groups

Due soon, late, drifting, sale hunters, AI first-timers, high-value regulars, and groups you describe yourself.

  3. Step 3 / 3

    Write them back

As tags, customer segments or lists in your store and email tool, so every tool you use sees the same groups.

A closer look

A closer look

7 daysahead, not 60 days back

Groups based on what’s next

A segment like “expected to reorder within 7 days” only exists if you know each customer’s rhythm. That’s what makes these groups different from filters on dates and totals.

1definition, written everywhere

One definition, every tool

Instead of rebuilding “lapsed customers” in your store, your email tool and your ad account, Oftenflow keeps one definition and writes it everywhere you connect.

Readablerules, no black box

Readable rules

A segment you describe in words becomes a short list of rules you can read and change. No hidden model deciding who’s in.

Predictive segments

Updated nightly

Customers move in and out of groups as their behaviour changes.

Describe a segment in words

“Coffee regulars who never bought a grinder.” The agent turns it into rules you can check.

Explainable

Every customer in a group comes with the reason they’re in it.

Yours to keep

Tags and lists stay in your own tools when you stop.

Example segment
Running out this week: 63 customers whose expected reorder date falls in the next 7 days, excluding the 11 on a subscription.
In practice

From a sentence to a synced segment

  1. Ask

“Coffee regulars who never bought a grinder.”

  2. Rules

The agent shows the rules: 3+ coffee orders, no product from “Grinders”.

  3. Check

148 customers match. You look at a few and approve.

  4. Sync

Written back as a tag in your store and a list in your email tool.

  5. Nightly

New matches are added, others drop out.

What you decide

  • Which segments are synced, and to which tools
  • Names and tags used in your store
  • Customers who are never included
  • Pausing or deleting a segment everywhere at once
Questions

Questions

Is this available now?

No. It’s a planned module. The rhythm behind it is what we’re building first.

Where do the segments end up?

The plan is: as tags and segments in your store, and as lists in Klaviyo or Brevo. Which tools come first depends on the waitlist.

Will this replace segments in my email tool?

No. They live next to your own segments, and you can use them in your existing flows.

What happens to synced segments if I stop?

They stay where they are, but stop updating.

Is my customer data shared between stores?

No. Every store is kept separate.
