AI retention agent for Shopify

Turn one‑time buyers into regulars.

Oftenflow learns when each customer usually comes back and notices who is drifting. Every morning it drafts the right message. You approve it, and your own email tool sends it.

Planned: 30% off for the first 100 stores. One email when your invite is ready, no newsletter.

Mila van den BergHouse Blend, 1 kg · every 5 weeks
9 days late

She never uses a discount code, so I left it out. The draft is ready.

Meet your customers

You already have these three customers.

They bought once and liked it. Then something got in the way. Scroll through their stories and watch what the agent does.

Example store: Kade Coffee

She didn’t leave. She forgot.

Mila buys her coffee at Kade Coffee, an example store. This is what happens when she stops showing up, and the one thing you do about it.

  1. 06:00

    The agent notices

Every morning the agent goes through all your customers. Mila orders a 1 kg bag of House Blend about every five weeks, and her next order was due around October 8. Today is the 17th. Nobody built a flow for this: the agent learned her rhythm from eight orders.

  2. 07:30

A draft is waiting in your inbox

Mila isn’t the only one. 41 coffee regulars are late. The agent groups them, explains why now and writes the email in your tone. She has never used a discount code, so there isn’t one in it.

  3. 08:02

    You approve it

Read it, ask for a change, or approve it as it is. Oftenflow hands the group and the message to Shopify Messaging, Klaviyo or Brevo. Your tool sends it, from your address.

  4. Two days later

    Mila orders again

Same bag, full price. The agent sees who came back, 16 of the 41 this time, and uses that for the next proposal. On Monday you get the total in one short email.

Every morning

Five minutes with your coffee.

One short list: who to contact, why now, what it should bring back and what it costs. Approve, edit or skip.

  • Sorted by impact
  • A reason for every proposal
  • Nothing goes out without your OK

The Oftenflow inbox for Kade Coffee: four new proposals, with "Coffee regulars running late" open. It shows 41 customers who are 9 days late, the expected result, the email preview and a button to send via Shopify Messaging.

Joe · waits for a coupon

Stop paying Joe to buy anyway.

Joe paid full price four times, then learned to wait for 20% off. Oftenflow checks each customer’s history and leaves out the coupon where it isn’t needed.

  • Discounts per customer, not per list
  • You set the maximum
  • Margin kept, counted every Monday

Sam · found you through ChatGPT

The second order is yours.

Sam found you in a chat, saw one product page and checked out. Oftenflow spots first orders from AI assistants and makes sure they learn your name.

  • First orders from AI, recognised
  • A welcome in your own tone
  • A reminder from you, not a new chat

Change by asking

Don’t edit. Ask.

“Make it shorter.” “Send it Thursday.” The draft changes while you watch, in your own tone. Your email tool sends it.

  • Learns how you write
  • Every change visible, one-click undo
  • Your templates and sender stay
Editing a draft by chat: the merchant asks for a shorter email and a Thursday send, and the agent updates the draft.

Ask anything

Questions about your customers, answered in seconds.

Ask in the app, or from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor. Answers come from your own orders, and any answer can become a proposal.

  • Works over MCP with the AI you have
  • Questions from your AI run on your subscription
  • Same approval step as in the app

How it works

One rhythm. Oftenflow keeps time.

  1. Connect your store

Shopify first, Shopware and Lightspeed after that. Oftenflow reads your orders, products and customers, and changes nothing until you approve something.

  2. It learns each customer’s rhythm

Who reorders every five weeks, who bought once and is cooling off, who would buy again without a discount.

  3. You approve, your tools send

Proposals land in one inbox. Approve one and Oftenflow hands the segment and the message to your email tool, like Klaviyo, Brevo or Shopify Messaging.

  4. They come back

Your tool sends the message. Oftenflow sees who came back and learns for next time.

  • A proposal with a draft: 2 credits (Eco) or 6 (Pro)
  • A change by chat: 1 credit
  • A question in the app: 1 credit
  • Extra credits: 500 for €10. Unused credits roll over one month.

Never per contact. A longer email list never changes your price.

Founding stores: we plan to give the first 100 stores from the waitlist 30% off for as long as they stay.

Planned launch prices in euros, excluding VAT. Oftenflow is still in development, so plans, prices, credits and the founding discount can change at any time until you agree to them when you sign up. Nothing here is an offer or a guarantee.

No lock-in

Bring what you already use. Pick what you need.

Most retention tools want to replace everything you have. Oftenflow plugs into your store, email tool and AI. You switch on only the parts you need. Trying it costs nothing, and so does leaving.

  • No migration

Keep Shopify Messaging, Klaviyo or Brevo, or connect your own sending account like Amazon SES or Postmark. Oftenflow decides who gets what and when.

  • Your data stays yours

Export everything as CSV or JSON whenever you like. Segments live in your store and email tool, and stay there if you cancel.

  • Grows with your orders

Plans follow your monthly orders, with AI credits included. Never per contact, so a longer email list doesn’t change your price.

  • Use your own AI

Ask Oftenflow from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, wherever you already work. We never store your AI keys.

  • You approve everything

Nothing is sent and nothing changes in your store until you say so. Every message waits for your OK.

Questions

When can I use it?

We invite stores from the waitlist in small groups, so every store gets a proper setup. Joining early puts you near the front.

Does Oftenflow send emails itself?

Not from our account. Messages go out through what you already use: Shopify Messaging, Klaviyo or Brevo, or your own sending account such as Amazon SES or Postmark. You stay the sender, and your templates and reputation stay yours.

What will it cost?

Plans from €29 a month, based on your monthly orders, with AI credits included. Start with 14 days free. Learning rhythms and watching customers is always free; writing proposals and drafts uses credits. The first 100 stores from the waitlist get 30% off for as long as they stay.

Which platforms do you support?

Shopify first. Shopware and Lightspeed follow.
