About
Hi, I’m Frank. I build Oftenflow.
I’ve designed and built software since 2007, mostly for other companies: web apps, online stores and the tools behind them. Oftenflow is one of my own products. When you email, I’m the one who answers.

Why Oftenflow
Every online store has the same quiet leak. Customers buy once, like it, and don’t come back. Usually not because something went wrong. They forgot, and nobody noticed in time.
The tools that should catch them charge per contact, send more email and need someone to run them. Most small stores don’t have that person.
I wanted a tool that watches each customer’s rhythm, sends less, and lets the store owner decide.
That became Oftenflow: an agent that does the noticing and the drafting, and leaves the decision with you.
How I build it
Independent
No investors and low fixed costs. Oftenflow doesn’t have to grow at all costs, so prices can follow your orders instead of your list.
Your data stays yours
Export everything, keep your own email tool, and leave in one click if it stops being useful.
Careful with access
Oftenflow asks only for the data it needs and changes nothing in your store without your OK.
In the open
The roadmap is public, including what isn’t built yet. This site says “planned” wherever something doesn’t exist yet.
