Privacy

This page covers the waitlist. The app will get its own privacy policy before launch.

What we store

Your email address, the language you signed up in and the date. If you answer the questions after signing up, also your store URL, the email tools you use, your rough monthly orders and marketing budget, what made you curious and any note you add. We don’t store IP addresses and this site sets no tracking cookies.

Why

To send you a welcome email now and one more when your invite is ready, and to understand which stores are interested so we build the right integrations first. We never sell or share your answers.

Where

In a Cloudflare D1 database. Emails are sent with Cloudflare Email Service from hello@oftenflow.com. The spam check on the form is Cloudflare Turnstile, which doesn’t use cookies for tracking.

Visitor statistics

We count page views with Umami, which we host ourselves. It sets no cookies, ignores browsers that ask not to be tracked, and never sees what you type into forms.

Removing your data

Every email has a link to leave the waitlist; one click deletes your address and your answers right away. You can also email privacy@oftenflow.com. We delete the whole waitlist once invites have gone out.
