Oftenflow or Cadence?
Cadence is a new Shopify app that predicts when customers are ready to reorder and sends that signal to Klaviyo, Attentive or Omnisend. Oftenflow decides who to contact, with or without a discount, and drafts the message for your approval.

When to pick which.
/Usually one or the other.
Choose Cadence if
- You only want reorder signals pushed into Klaviyo, Attentive or Omnisend, and build the flows yourself.
- You want reorder pop-ups and pre-filled carts on your store.
Choose Oftenflow if
- You want a daily list of proposals with reasons, not just a signal.
- You want discounts left out for customers who pay full price anyway.
- You want pricing that doesn’t grow with attributed revenue.
Signal versus decision.
A reorder signal still leaves you to decide what to send, to whom and with which offer. Oftenflow makes that decision per customer, explains it, and waits for your approval.

| Topic | Cadence | Oftenflow |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | Shopify app that predicts reorder, subscribe, cross-sell and lapse moments from order data | AI agent that proposes who to contact, why now, and drafts the message |
| How email is sentKey difference | Doesn’t send itself: triggers go to Attentive, Klaviyo, Omnisend and others | Through what you already use: Klaviyo, Brevo, Shopify Messaging or your own sending account (Amazon SES, Postmark). You stay the sender |
| PricingKey difference | By attributable revenue: free under $500, then $99, $199 and $299 a month | Planned: plans by monthly orders, from €29, AI credits included. Never per contact |
| Store platforms | Shopify | In development. Shopify first, then Shopware and Lightspeed |
| Reorder timing | Predicted from order data; the method isn’t described publicly | An expected reorder date per customer, from their own order history, and a daily list of who is late |
| DiscountsKey difference | Not described publicly | Checks each customer’s history and leaves the coupon out where it isn’t needed |
| Data export | Not described publicly | Everything as CSV or JSON, any time |
| Use them together | Possible in theory, but both cover reorder timing, so most stores would pick one | |
