Planned module

Send with your own account.

No Klaviyo or Brevo? Connect your own Amazon SES, Postmark, Resend or Bento account and send from your own domain. You stay the sender; Oftenflow brings the guardrails.

Planned: 30% off for the first 100 stores. One email when your invite is ready, no newsletter.

  • Works with the email tool you have
  • Never priced per contact
  • You approve every message
Design · not built yet: DKIM passes for mail.yourstore.com, DMARC is set to quarantine. 3 addresses bounced last week and are now suppressed.

Email tools charge per contact. Sending itself costs almost nothing.

Paying for a full marketing suite just to send a few reminders.

Prices that rise every time your list grows.

Moving providers means losing your history.

Oftenflow keeps them in the loop

Inside the app

What you’ll see, step by step

  1. Step 1 / 3

    Connect your account

Add a key that can only send. We store it encrypted and never show it again.

  2. Step 2 / 3

    Verify your domain

SPF, DKIM and DMARC checked before the first email goes out.

  3. Step 3 / 3

    Send what you approved

Approved proposals and flows go out through your account, with unsubscribe handling built in.

A closer look

A closer look

Per emailinstead of per contact

Sending is cheap; suites are not

Transactional email providers charge per email sent, often a fraction of a cent. For a store that mostly sends reminders, that can be far cheaper than a marketing suite priced per contact.

Encryptedper store, per purpose

Your key, locked away

Keys are encrypted per store and per purpose, never shown again after you add them, and only used to send what you approved. We recommend keys that can send and nothing else.

Built inunsubscribe, suppression, limits

Guardrails, not a free-for-all

Verified domains only, a required unsubscribe link and header, automatic suppression of bounces and complaints, and limits per hour. Sending only happens after approval or a rule you set.

Your own sending account

You are the sender

Consent, content and deliverability are your responsibility; we provide the software and guardrails.

Guardrails included

Required unsubscribe link and header, bounce and complaint suppression, hourly limits.

Send-only keys

We recommend keys that can send and do nothing else.

Switch any time

Change provider without losing customers, rhythms or history.

Questions

Questions

Is this available now?

No. It’s a planned module and the list of providers may change.

Who is responsible for what I send?

You are, as the sender. That will be in the terms. We help with the guardrails, but we don’t send on our own behalf.

Which providers are planned?

Amazon SES, Postmark, Resend, Mailgun and Bento are on the list. The first ones depend on the waitlist.

Do you ever send from your own domain?

No. Your emails go out from your domain and your account.

Does this cost extra?

Pricing for modules isn’t final. Your provider bills you directly for what you send.

This is a planned module. Oftenflow is an experiment in development: whether, when and how this module ships can still change. Nothing on this page is a promise or guarantee, and no rights can be derived from it.
