Planned module

Flows the agent keeps tidy.

Welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back. The usual flows, set up by the agent and run by the tool you already use. Checked every week, so they don’t quietly go stale.

Planned: 30% off for the first 100 stores. One email when your invite is ready, no newsletter.

  • Works with the email tool you have
  • Never priced per contact
  • You approve every message
Design · not built yet: Your post-purchase email goes out after 2 days, but most coffee customers open their parcel on day 3. Move it to day 4?

Flows are set up once and forgotten.

A welcome series written three years ago, still running.

No time to check which flow actually brings orders.

Every new tool means rebuilding the same flows.

Every customer has a rhythm

Inside the app

What you’ll see, step by step

  1. Step 1 / 3

    Pick the flows you want

Start from a short list of proven flows; turn on only what you need.

  2. Step 2 / 3

    The agent sets them up

Triggers, timing and drafts in your tone, in Shopify Flow, Klaviyo, Brevo or your own sending account.

  3. Step 3 / 3

It keeps an eye on them

Every week it checks what each flow brings back and proposes changes when one stops working.

5flows most stores need

The usual flows, set up for you

Welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, replenishment and win-back cover most of what a store needs. The agent sets them up with your products and your tone, in the tool that sends.

Weeklycheck of every flow

A weekly check-up

Flows drift: products change, timing gets stale, a discount stays on long after it was needed. Each week the agent compares what every flow brings back with a holdout group.

1 limitfor flows and proposals together

One contact limit

Flows and daily proposals don’t compete for the same customer. Everything counts toward one limit per customer per month.

Automations

Rhythm-aware timing

Replenishment and win-back follow each customer’s own rhythm, not a fixed number of days.

No duplicate messages

Flows and daily proposals share one contact limit per customer.

Changes need your OK

The agent proposes; you approve before a live flow changes.

Runs where you send

Your email tool stays the place where flows run.

In practice

A win-back flow that stopped working

  1. Week 1

The agent notices the win-back flow brought back no one for 6 weeks.

  2. Why

It fires at day 60, but most customers in this store reorder every 3 weeks.

  3. Proposal

Trigger on “drifting” instead of day 60, and drop the discount for full-price buyers.

  4. You

You approve; the flow in your email tool is updated.

  5. Week 4

The digest shows what the new version brought back.

Planned flow; details may change.

Questions

Questions

Is this available now?

No. It’s a planned module and the details may change during development.

Do I have to rebuild my existing flows?

No. The plan is to read and check your current flows first, and only propose changes.

Which tools will run the flows?

The plan is Shopify Flow and Shopify Messaging, Klaviyo, Brevo and your own sending account. Order depends on demand.

Can I write the emails myself?

Yes. Drafts are a starting point; you can always write or edit the final version.

Does it copy my existing flows?

The plan is to read them first and propose changes, not to replace them.
