Does a longer email list cost more?
No. Your plan follows your monthly orders, never your number of contacts. A list of 2,000 or 200,000 costs the same.
What if Black Friday doubles my orders?
Nothing changes. Your plan is based on your 3-month average, so one busy month doesn’t bump you up.
What happens after the 14 days?
The trial gives you every feature and 200 credits for 14 days. Plans, prices and credits only apply once you agree to them at sign-up.
What if I run out of credits?
You can add 500 credits for €10. The free work keeps running: rhythms, watching who is late, segments, exports and the Monday email.
Does asking from my own AI use credits?
No. Questions from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor over MCP run on your own AI subscription. Fair-use limits apply, and you never hand over API keys.
Can I take my data with me if I stop?
Yes. Export everything as CSV or JSON whenever you like. Segments live in your store and email tool, and stay there if you cancel.
Are the prices including VAT?
No. These are planned launch prices in euros, excluding VAT.

What if I have more than 30,000 orders a month?
You pay €10 per extra 1,000 orders on top of Pro. No sales call needed.
