Every price on this page comes from Klaviyo’s own pricing page. We copied its email price table on 28 October 2026 and look up your number in it. We don’t estimate or convert anything.

How the tiers work
- Klaviyo prices its email plan by active profiles: contacts in your account who can receive marketing.
- Up to 250 active profiles the plan is free, with 500 email sends a month.
- Above that, the price goes up in steps. On 28 October 2026 the table had 49 paid tiers, from $20 a month for up to 500 profiles to $1,955 a month for up to 150,000.
- Each paid tier includes ten times its top profile count in email sends per month, for example 25,000 emails for up to 2,500 profiles.
- Inside a tier the price stays the same, so the price per profile drops as you fill the tier and jumps when you move up.
- Above 150,000 active profiles there is no public price. Klaviyo’s page asks you to contact sales.
What this leaves out
- SMS, MMS and WhatsApp, which Klaviyo bills per message by country, plus carrier fees.
- Add-ons with their own price, such as reviews, analytics and service tools.
- Limited-time offers, including the first-month offer on the 500-profile tier.
- Taxes, and other currencies. Klaviyo’s page shows US dollars, with an option for Canadian dollars; we only use the US dollar table.
- Changes Klaviyo makes after 28 October 2026. If their page shows a different number, theirs is right.
Questions about Klaviyo’s pricing
Where do these prices come from?
From Klaviyo’s own pricing page at klaviyo.com/pricing, checked on 28 October 2026. That page calculates prices in your browser; we took its email price table as it was that day. Nothing comes from third-party sites or estimates.
What is an active profile?
Klaviyo describes it as any contact in your account that can receive marketing. According to Klaviyo’s help centre, suppressed and unsubscribed profiles stay in your account but aren’t billed once the suppression has been applied. Our guide on active profiles explains how to lower the count safely.
Does the price include SMS?
No. Klaviyo bills SMS, MMS and WhatsApp per message, by destination country, plus carrier fees. The free plan includes $5 of mobile messages a month.
Why does my price per profile go down and then up?
Because the price is set per tier. Inside a tier you pay the same for 1,501 profiles as for 2,500, so the price per profile falls as the tier fills up. One profile past the top of the tier moves you to the next price.
What happens above 150,000 profiles?
Klaviyo’s pricing page doesn’t list a price above 150,000 active profiles. It asks you to contact their sales team instead.
